D | 　　国网新源辽宁清原抽水蓄能有限公司运行部值班员朱星瑞说：“截止到今年8月28日，4号机组正式投入商业运营。机组在运行期间振动、摆度、瓦温均处于平稳区间，目前4台机组均在平稳运行状态。” 　　清原抽水蓄能电站建设始终贯彻绿色发展理念，除特殊活动区域外，全部采用清水混凝土设计施工，包括上下库大坝防浪墙、上下库进水口、启闭机楼、地下厂房、主变室、开关站等部位。

E | 清水混凝土工艺不做任何额外装饰，直接展现混凝土本身的肌理、质感，使工程建筑与周围环境融为一体。清原抽水蓄能电站位于大伙房水库上游，是水源地准保护区范围，包括砂石料生产废水处理站、生活污水处理站、地下洞室排水处理站等，实现了污废水全处理、中水全利用、污废水“零排放”。　　记者于证说：“清原抽水蓄能电站的投产发电，将有力带动地方原材料、建筑业、运输业等产业发展，为当地务工人员创造就业机会。预计电站6台机组全部投运后，每年将节约标煤15.8万吨，减少二氧化碳排放37.5万吨，节能减排效益显著。全部投产发电之后，每年将纳税超过1亿元。” 　　据了解，清原抽水蓄能电站预计将在2025年3月前完成6台机组全部投产发电。届时，电站将在辽宁电网中承担调峰、调频、调相、储能、系统备用、黑启动等职责，是电网大型的“调节器”“稳定器”和“平衡器”。
